The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for
• Processing invoices and maintaining accounts payable records
• Statement reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs
• Resolving supplier queries
• Processing expenses
• Managing petty cash transactions
• Raising sales invoices
• Allocating cash
• Bank reconciliations
• Credit control
• Finance administration
The Successful Applicant
The successful Accounts Assistant should have:
• A proven track record within a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and accounting software
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong numerical skills
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
• Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
