Project Management Assistant - New Product Development

CurrentBody is a global e-commerce company and the leading experts in beauty devices. We are constantly innovating and bringing the latest advancements in beauty technology to our customers around the world. As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for a talented Project Management Assistant to join our team and support New Product Development (NPD) projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the management of the end-to-end process of bringing new beauty devices to market. From concept ideation to product launch, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, design, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

About the Role

Responsibilities:

 •  Project Coordination: Assist Project Managers in coordinating all aspects of new product development projects, including timeline management, resource allocation, and task tracking.
 •  Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and progress reports.
 •  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including R&D, Design, Manufacturing, and Marketing, to ensure alignment and progress towards project goals.
 •  Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of project management processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
 •  Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of projects.
 •  Identify and resolve project issues and obstacles, and escalate when necessary.

Requirements
 •  Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 •  Strong knowledge of the product development lifecycle and experience managing projects from concept to launch.
 •  A keen interest in emerging developments within beauty technology, along with a thorough grasp of the technical nuances and scientific evidence that underlie the product development process.
 •  Strong communication abilities, with the confidence to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
 •  Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues.
 •  Proficient in project management tools and software.
 •  Passionate about beauty devices and keeping up-to-date with industry trends
