We're seeking a data-driven, hands-on, action-oriented Ecommerce Trading Manager to lead our efforts in optimising our websites, driving sales growth, and staying ahead of the competition. The ideal candidate will have a passion for ecommerce trading, with a proven track record of setting up successful promotions, monitoring competitor activity, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute hands-on ecommerce trading strategies to drive website sales, margin growth, and competitiveness
• Set up and manage promotional campaigns to maximize sales and profitability
• Actively monitor competitor activity and adjust pricing and promotions to maintain a competitive edge
• Dive deep into website functionality, particularly checkout funnels and product pages, to improve conversion rates
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive highly targeted traffic
• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and implement strategies to improve organic search rankings
• Monitor key performance metrics, sales targets, and provide regular reports on progress and competitiveness
• Stay up-to-date with market trends and identify growth opportunities
