Delivering high quality customer care to those in the Assisted Conception Unit. Covering reception desks, answering emails, prepping clinics, and other office duties, this role is part of our Customer Care Team.

The role will involve providing administration support to the clinical team, you will be working in one of the areas within the Women's Services Directorate. Duties will include reception cover, customer services, booking appointments, maintaining databases and general administrative support to the department.

Dealing with patient enquires in person or via telephone., ensure all requests are dealt with in a timely manner.
