Lettings Manager
Basic salary £36K + Uncapped Commission - Company Car - Career Progression
Flexible hours required and you will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturday
We are looking for a highly motivated Lettings Manager with estate agency experience to complement our clients fantastic team. This is a great opportunity for a proven Lettings Manager to join an established company that is committed to growth and expansion.
As an experienced manager, you will have experience working in property lettings, managing a team and working towards success and increasing profitability.
Key responsibilities of the Lettings Manager
• Running a profitable and well organised office providing an effective, efficient and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants.
• Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed standards of performance and targets set.
• Motivating your team, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career.
• Managing work loads
• Contributing to the management of the maintenance team working alongside the Projects Manager
• Client meetings and communication
• Meeting with landlords and tenants
• Working with the in-house marketing team
• Networking to promote corporate lettings through strategic alliances
• Moving on to set up an excellent estate agency within 1 year
Skills and experience required:
• Experience in generating new business in a target driven environment
• Seek new clients and revenue opportunities
• Diary management
• Proven experience managing, leading and mentoring a team
• Outstanding customer care/customer service experience
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A Full UK driving licence
• Lettings and estate agency experience
