We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Specialist / Manager to join a market-leading food manufacturer. You will have the opportunity to join an exciting and passionate team that continues to expand.
The Role
The key objective of this role is to be heavily involved in the business key performance reporting methods and systems.
Lead the development of CI culture on site.
Build trusted relationships from the Site Leadership Team down to the shop floor.
Lead specific high-value project activity where required using Green / Black Belt DMIAC Methodology.
Key Requirements
Minimum Green Belt Lean Six Sigma (essential)
Black Belt Lean Six Sigma (desirable)
Prior experience and evidence of delivering at least 3 DMIAC projects (essential)
Prior experience of working in a Continuous Improvement management role within Engineering / Manufacturing (essential)
Full UK driving license & own vehicle (essential)
