Key Responsibilities: Maintain and support the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and network devices.
Install, configure, and update software applications and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Implement and maintain security measures, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems, to protect against cyber threats.
Develop and implement data backup and recovery plans to prevent data loss and minimize downtime.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of our e-commerce platform.
Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues and assisting with system configurations.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement IT solutions that meet the company's needs and support its growth objectives.
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in IT to continuously improve our systems and processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking.
Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as cloud computing platforms.
Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Benefits & Salary: The annual package is £32000to £35000 depending on experience.
20 holidays plus 8 bank holidays per.
Number of positions x 1.
