Salary: £35k - £45k depending on experience

Hours: Mon – Fri 08:30am – 05:30pm (No on call)

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Care Manager located in Worthing. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality care services are delivered, overseeing both the client services team and the management staff supporting care professionals in the field, as well as maintaining regulatory compliance.

A key requirement of the role will be to manage and develop senior members of the office team, as they grow and develop with our service.

Qualifications
 •  Strong leadership and management abilities (in Domiciliary Care)
 •  Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care (essential)
 •  Deep knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
 •  Excellent organiasational and communication skills
 •  Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
 •  Experience in home care (domiciliary care) settings is essential
 •  Case Management, Training, and Social Services skills
