Job Description
 •  To provide strong leadership and technical support to the site team to deliver a best in class operational facility in line with our clients behaviours and values.
 •  To lead by example in delivering a safety first culture at site.
 •  Directly manage, the day to day operation of the MRF, AD and ACF's activities, ensuring that all Health and Safety, Environmental, Site Permit, Site Licence, Personnel and other legislation is adhered to.
 •  To ensure, through constant review, that a cost effective, quality and efficient service is carried out identifying opportunities for business improvement, operating within and adhering to the relevant budgets set for the facility.
 •  The monitoring of all associated running costs e.g. water, gas, electricity and chemicals to ensure effective use of resources, minimise environmental impact and minimise costs.
 •  Develop and implement a pro-active approach to maximise site productivity, minimise downtime and prevent interruption to generation.
 •  To put forward and assist in producing Business Plans or CAPEX proposals through a process improvement initiative in an area of your responsibility, that complies with Company strategic objectives.
 •  To support the develop all operational employees to maximise their potential to themselves and the business, and to provide strong leadership regarding employee engagement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Technical Process Manager should have:

 •  A degree in Engineering, Business, or a relevant field would be beneficial however not essential.
 •  Knowledge of ERF, AD, power, waste or related operations highly desirable.
 •  Strong process knowledge in either waste processing, technical project management or equivalent experience.
 •  Good experience of driving change in an organisation in both people and process.
 •  Commitment to health, safety, and sustainability
