The successful candidate will work closely with the SenCo and Teachers to support pupils achieve their potential within and out of the school environment. About the role:
• Implement individualized therapy plans designed by the Speech and Language Therapist to meet the specific needs of students.
• Provide direct support and interventions to students with speech and language difficulties, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom environment
• Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the communication skills and confidence of all students.
