As the driving force behind the delivery of a cutting-edge IT system for the SSNR AUKUS program, you'll be at the forefront of innovation.

What you'll be doing: strong> p>
• Leading the timely, quality-driven, and budget-compliant delivery of the Project li>
• Managing a team of Project Managers to effectively introduce capability into the SSN-AUKUS Programme li>
• Ensuring delivery pace and alignment with the needs of the receiving SSNA Programme li>
• Integrating and aligning Control Account teams within the project li>
• Collaborating with the PMO to support project needs in terms of controls, funding, and reporting li>
• Holding Control Accounts and delivery teams accountable for commitments made li>
• Maintaining regular communication and feedback to project stakeholders li>
• Assisting the Project Director in shaping the Project's strategic direction to realize the Digital Transformation Strategy li> ul>
Your skills and experiences: strong> p>
• University-level education or equivalent professional qualifications li>
• Hold a professional PM qualification or has gained practical experience in Project Management li>
• Experience with Tableau software li>
• Proficient in Engineering & Project Management, with expertise in various functions like IM&T, Commercial & Finance li>
• Recognised as an experienced practitioner in Digital Engineering and PM across the business li>
• Capable of devising innovative solutions to complex problems within a broader business context li>
• Possesses extensive knowledge of the business environment for both projects and teams li>
• Familiar with business transformation programs and skilled in people management for effective outcomes li>
• Ideally experienced in digital transformation and developing modern, digitally-based systems of work li> ul>
