About The Role

This newly established team are embarking on a programme of initiatives across trade working capital to accelerate cash generation.
The Working Capital Manager will undertake a number of project management, reporting and analysis and governance activities as well as supporting tactical interventions across stock management, trade debtors, trade creditors and rebate recovery.
The individual will provide monthly reporting and insights, support action planning and monitor progress, escalating issues as appropriate.

This is an opportunity to join the company at an exciting point in its development, providing a chance to make an immediate difference to our cash generation and will suit someone with a high degree of commercial acumen coupled with a problem-solving mindset.

You’ll be Involved In:
 •  Generating weekly and monthly reporting
 •  Supporting market CFOs in preparing for SteerCo and Balance Sheet Reviews
 •  Supporting Procurement, Ops and Finance teams with guidance, analysis and energy towards the delivery of improved visibility and heightened accountability
 •  Developing insightful and meaningful analysis, turning that into presentations and helping to build stakeholder engagement
 •  Progress tracking and following up action plans across multiple markets
 •  Facilitating meetings, performance reviews and improvement workshops
 •  Tracking and analysing variance to working capital targets across key markets, helping to move our analytical maturity from descriptive to diagnostic

About you:
 •  Proven knowledge and experience of trade working capital
 •  You’ll be a self-starter who is able to manage work independently.
 •  You’ll have high levels of credibility to influence a complex stakeholder landscape.
 •  Results-oriented, committed to hands-on delivery.
 •  5+ years of experience in relevant roles where cash generation has been a priority
