They are looking for an Architectural Assistant that will play a key role in the development and execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Your new role
You will be working as an Architectural Assistant completing daily tasks such as:
• Working collaboratively within a team environment, receiving instruction from senior team members and providing technical support.
• Utilise industry-standard software packages such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Sketchup to generate detailed plans and drawings that accurately reflect design intent and meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with project teams to prepare and submit documents for statutory approvals, navigating regulatory processes and obtaining consent from relevant authorities. Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and ensure project milestones are achieved within established timelines and budget constraints
What you'll need to succeed
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Architectural Technology or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with a focus on retail projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software applications.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and detailing.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
