An exceptional opportunity for a seasoned Operations Manager to join our client’s team as a Transition Manager in Heysham. Our client is at the forefront of providing shore-based logistics services to the offshore energy industries. They are dedicated to driving positive change and delivering operational excellence.
£60,000 - £68,000 (DOE)
Fulltime - Monday-Friday 08:30 - 16:30

Day-to-day of the role:
• Lead business transformation initiatives, applying continuous improvement methodologies to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage financial aspects, including setting and overseeing budgets, and driving financial performance.
• Foster a collaborative environment across teams and stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Uphold a strong commitment to health and safety practices, ensuring they are a top priority in all operations.
• Drive the business unit’s positioning to support an integrated energy landscape in the East Irish Sea, focusing on safety performance, profitability, and growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in shore-based logistics services within the offshore energy sector is essential.
• Familiarity with business development and bid writing to support growth and expansion.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of leading transformation and instigating positive change.
• A motivated self-starter, proactive with the energy to transition and support the business through its growth phase.
