Our client an award-winning luxury hotel and restaurant located in the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside, is seeking a talented Restaurant Manager. With multiple awards, the establishment is renowned for exceptional service and hospitality. The client is offering a base salary of £45,000 with additional gratuities of approximately £5,000 per year.

What Does the Role Entail?

The client is seeking a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead their talented and award-winning restaurant team in an operational capacity. Reporting to the Hotel Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring impeccable service and guest satisfaction.
You will manage staff, maintain standards, handle guest inquiries, and contribute to the overall success of our dining experience.

What Skills Will You Have?

You will ideally have hotel restaurant management experience in a multiple-outlet environment, with exposure to Michelin-starred and Rosette establishments. You should possess a genuine passion for customer service, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and lead a team.
Strong financial acumen, problem-solving abilities and a resilient nature are essential, along with immaculate presentation and a friendly yet professional demeanour.

What Is On Offer?

Our client is offering a salary of £45,000, including gratuities and a pension, with a 4-day working week and additional paid days worked. Gratuities are shared through their Tronc system. The client also offers assistance in finding accommodation, tailored training and development plans, and financial support for professional qualifications.
You will also be provided on-duty, long-service holiday rewards, a milestone rewards program, and a generous employee referral scheme.
