Position: Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias)

Interaction have teamed up exclusively with a rapidly growing FMCG manufacturer based in the heart of Spalding. We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer with a strong Electrical Bias to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our growing company!
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform electrical maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment and systems.
• Diagnose faults troubleshoot issues on a range of electrical systems and machinery
• Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance equipment reliability.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to optimise overall efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment status.
Requirements:
• Electrical engineering background with relevant qualifications.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery and control systems.
