A great opportunity has arisen for a Painter & Decorator to join a Social Housing contractor on a temporary basis covering Crawley. The successful candidate will be available within short notice, have a painting/decorating qualification, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.
45 hours per week Mon - Fri with a half hour break
Pay Rate:
• £17.62 per hours (CIS or Umbrella rate)
Painter and decorator duties:
• Carry out carry out a range of Painting & Decorating related works within social housing properties, voids and occupied.
The Successful Painter and decorator will be required to:
• Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
• Carry out works allocated by appointments
• Have a valid UK Driving Licence
• Have or be happy to complete an asbestos awareness certificate
If successful a basic dbs check will be carried out
