Russell Taylor Group are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Planner to join their company on a full-time, permanent basis in Essex.
My client specialises in planned maintenance on decent homes schemes. As a Social Housing Repairs Planner/Scheduler, you will be responsible for delivering first-class customer support. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and established team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Sending jobs/ locations to operatives via their PDA
• Liaise with clients to ensure works booked in
• Managing the Operatives diaries/calendars
• Escalating concerns to managers
• Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
• Logging calls and requests on IT systems
• Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits
• Ensure engineers have all the correct information for the site and checking Engineers are recording correct information
• Assist with contract management
The ideal Planner/Scheduler will need to have experience in a similar scheduling and/or planning role, full training will also be provided
Experience / Skills Required:
• Experience in a Scheduling/Planning role is essential
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interaction.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have attention to detail and be a team player
• Continually want to strive to improve customer service standards by delivering a first-class efficient service
• IT literate
Working Hours - 8am-5pm
Holiday allowance 20 days plus bank holidays
Salary 26,000 -£29,000 Dependent on experience
