Are you an experienced Site Manager with a passion for overseeing new build and restoration projects? Do you bring a unique perspective with an construction background?

TEXO Recruitment are representing a new build developer for work based in Inverness. This is an exciting time to join our client as they work on restoration and development of an 'A' list building which will boost and encourage tourism within the area and provide much needed investment to support economic growth.

Our client is at the forefront of developing exceptional spaces, and they are seeking a talented Site Manager to contribute to their growing success.

Key Responsibilities:

 •  Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the restoration development.
 •  Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 •  Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals, including architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
 •  Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
 •  Provide leadership and guidance to site staff
 •  Liaise with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:
 •  Proven experience as a Site Manager in new build housing projects.
 •  Engineering background preferred over traditional trade qualifications.
 •  Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
 •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 •  In-depth knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
