Role: Technical Services Analyst (2nd line Infrastructure)
Location: Luton (with option to work 3 days from home after probation)
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits

Key Skills: 2nd line support infrastructure support including M365, Exchange online, MS Teams, Citrix, plus systems admin skills in VMWare and / or M365.

The Role:

To respond to tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve infrastructure alerts and issues around M365, Exchange online and Citrix related queries.
Support sys admin projects, including Exchange online, M365, SCCM, Intune etc.
Provide excellent customer service to all Users of the service.
Create and maintain relevant technical documentation and knowledge articles.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

Essential:

2+ years' 2nd line infrastructure / Windows server support and admin experience in the following technical environment: M365, (Exchange online, Teams, Sharepoint), Email, (Exchange), MS system Centre / Endpoint Manager, Intune. Active Directory admin.

Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn any new technologies.
