Who are Acis?

We are a welcoming and friendly organisation who own and manage more than 7,000 properties across the East Midlands and Yorkshire
and the Humber, helping thousands of people in our communities every single day. This includes homes for affordable rent, homes
for students and homes for older people. We even develop new homes to help people get on the property ladder. In addition to this, we provide Student accommodation. We support over 4000 learners a year with everything from entry level qualifications, arts and

wellbeing courses through to employability support to help people fulfil their potential. This is through Riverside Training, our
employment and skills team, and CLIP, an education provider.

Please note this is a fixed term contract until 28/6/24

As a Lettings Coordinator, a typical day might include:

 •  Proactively supporting and assisting the Neighbourhood team in our day-to-day service delivery.
 •  Providing support and cover to other areas of the team for essential or key activities, such as compliance.
 •  Overseeing the empty property process and allocation of vacant properties.
 •  Administration of our housing management system.
 •  Communicating with our internal teams, contractors, suppliers, local authorities and customers.
 •  Monitoring our performance against agreed KPI’s.
 •  Assisting the team with new development sites.
 •  Collaborating with others to deliver service and process improvements.
 •  Supporting with invoicing and purchase orders and working with utility companies and local authorities to resolve billing
queries.
 •  Embracing our new agile way of working.

Some of the experience/skills you will need:

 •  A customer first approach to internal and external customers.
 •  You’re computer literate with knowledge and experience of computer-based office management systems.
 •  Good organisational skills with the ability to independently achieve deadlines.
 •  You’ll have the ability to handle information, securely, timely and accurately including producing clear written reports,
letters and minutes.
 •  An excellent standard of communication both verbally and in a written format, with influencing and negotiation skills.
