Job Description
• You will work autonomously and successfully deliver support, projects and strategic work in accordance with IT governance in place and with the right level of quality.
• Work under an ITIL type of IT support, including incident management and change control.
• Produce high quality documentation, including Visio's/ schematics
• Use scripting or programming to automate routine tasks or mine information for reporting or implementing change.
• Work at scale, deploying software or services to large numbers of users which must be as automated as possible and performed with the utmost quality.
• Effectively work with third party suppliers
The Successful Applicant
Prior Experience with:
• Server Network WAN/ LAN
• Virtualisation Infrastructure
• Enterprise Storage Solutions
• Cloud Services
• Scripting/ Programming to autmate routine tasks or mine information for reporting or implementing change
• Security Patching
• Firewalls
• Network performance monitoring
• Remote access VPN
• Telephony system
• Teams phone / Teams meeting systems
• Backups
• Data management
• Hardware support
