JOB TITLE: Night Cleaning Operative
LOCATION: JPMorgan Chaseside Bournemouth
WORKING HOURS: 40 HOURS PER WEEK
SHIFT PATTERN: 21:00pm - 06:00 am Monday to Friday
PAY RATE: £11.44 PER HOUR
OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Experienced cleaning operatives with great attention to details required. ABM uniform will be provided and must be worn at all times. To carry out cleaning duties as directed by the night manager or supervisor
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include the cleaning of the below areas:
• Office / Work station cleaning (IT equipment) / Meeting Rooms
• Hard floor, Sweeping, Mopping (Use of Buffing machine / Scrubber Dryer) Training given
• Vacuuming / Dusting / Waste removal
• Kitchen / Vending area
• Washroom/ Shower
• Reception / Common Areas
• Meeting Rooms /
• Machine Carpet Cleaning
• Disinfecting Touch Points / Electrostatic Fogging – Training given.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Smart Clean Appearance
• Can work as part of a team as well as working alone
• A proactive/can do attitude to work.
ESSENTIAL:
• Candidates must be punctual, trustworthy and have a good eye for detail.
