Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join their team based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

The role
 •  Assist the Operations Team.
 •  The role will be varied and no two days will be the same.
 •  Organization and attention to details are vital.
 •  Developing and maintaining a positive and fruitful relationship with clients, ensuring that their needs are fulfilled to the best of your ability.
Key skills requirements
 •  A minimum of 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
 •  Ideally 2 years Administrative Experaince
 •  A great communicator being able to build relationships with clients and third parties with efficiency and great customer service.
 •  Ability to prioritise and manage your own time.
 •  Excellent problem-solving and research skills
 •  Self-motivated and hardworking committed to develop yourself into the best person you can be.
