About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist who will work as part of the Reception Team at Hartfields.

Responsibilities of the role will include:

 •  Possessing excellent customer service skills and an appropriate welcome and service for people accessing the reception at Hartfields.
 •  A good knowledge and understanding of micro soft office packages and administration skills
 •  Dealing with all enquiries whether face to face, by telephone or email in an informed and professional manner and logging onto the CRM system.
 •  Logging of repairs reported from Residents properties and throughout the site.
 •  Providing administrative support to Residents and staff in other departments.
 •  To organise and book rooms for the restaurant/guest rooms/gym/general events.

A DBS check is required for this role.

About you
 •  We’d like you to have experience of providing good customer service, along with a friendly and approachable personality and confidence in communicating with a range of different people.
 •  Excellent customer service skills.
 •  To work well as part of Team or alternatively working independently.
