Job Description
Our client is looking for a passionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their growing team. Conveniently situated, the clinic offers excellent amenities, ample parking, and easy access to public transport.
The successful candidate will join a supportive team comprising 2 Veterinary Nurses, 2 Veterinary Surgeons, 1 practice manager, a pharmacy assistant, a hygiene technician, and 2 experienced VCA’s. They will contribute their expertise to monitoring small animal anaesthetics, managing emergencies, and conducting nurse consults.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor small animal anaesthetics
• Handle emergencies efficiently
• Conduct nurse consults
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills
• Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years' qualification as a Registered Veterinary Nurse
• Experience in monitoring small animal anaesthetics and handling emergencies
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Desirable: experience with exotics
Benefits:
• Salary up to £33,000 pro rata and DOE
