Role: Primary Supply Teacher

Are you passionate about education and eager to make a positive impact on young minds? We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Primary School Supply Teachers to join our team in Buckingham. As a supply teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity in education by covering short-term absences, supporting classroom learning, and fostering a positive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and interactive lessons across a range of subjects to primary school students
Follow lesson plans provided by the school or create your own plans when necessary, ensuring they align with the curriculum objectives and students' learning needs
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a safe and respectful learning environment
Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic progress and personal development
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in learning during teacher absences
Maintain accurate records of attendance, behaviour, and academic performance
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development activities as required
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification
Proven experience working with primary school-aged children
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different teaching environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing school environment
Valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) clearance or willingness to obtain one
Availability to work on short notice and willingness to travel to different schools within the area
