Job Duties:

Plan, prepare, and deliver captivating lessons tailored to meet students' individual needs
Implement effective behaviour management strategies to foster a positive learning atmosphere
Assess and evaluate student progress using various assessment methods
Communicate proficiently with parents, colleagues, and professionals to nurture student development
Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional growth opportunities
Required Qualifications: PGCE, QTS, Degree in Education or related field
Education: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience: Prior experience teaching primary school students is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong grasp of the primary curriculum and educational best practices
Excellent behaviour management abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications: Additional training or certifications in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Safeguarding

Working Conditions:

Work across various schools within the East Midlands region, following the school term calendar and schedule

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
