Main Duties:
This role should be focussed on improving the value of sales, giving the customer first class service, offering assistance such as alternative products and promotional offers.
The Role:
• Offer highest standard of customer care to maximise all sales opportunities
• Work with the marketing team to advise customers on current promotions
• Secure appointments by carrying out sales calls to new and existing customers
• Issue order acknowledgements promptly with correct info / details
• Travel with European Sales force and represent the company at exhibitions
• Provide administrative support to the International Sales team
• Develop & implement new systems procedures improve customer service efficiency
• Assess how competitors are meeting our customers’ needs
• Record all customer complaints according to agreed procedure
The Candidate:
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
• Additional fluency in French (advantageous)
• Previous experience in a high-volume Customer Service role
• Familiar with CRM / ERP systems dealing with stocks / sales
• Knowledge of Export documentation and procedures
• SAP knowledge would be of an advantage (training provided)
