Salary: £12.44 per hour
Contract Type: Full time
Shift Pattern: 40 Hours per week, over 5 days (To be negiotiated)
Location: Bathgate, EH48 2EA
Phosters (FM) Ltd are fast-paced dynamic facilities maintenance company who operates nationwide, providing nearly 30,000 service visits to properties and sites across the United Kingdom. The role
The cleaning supervisor role with Phosters Ltd is a static position at our site in Bathgate to supervise a team of cleaning operatives based on this site.
What you'll be doing:
• Monitoring cleaning staff and mobile cleaners on site.
• Ensure consumable levels are adequate and order items when necessary.
• Ensure sites are adequately staffed, liaise with Phosters Recruitment Manager regarding recruitment needs.
• Train cleaning operatives and mobile cleaners upon employment commencement and then annually thereafter unless they require further training or if procedures change.
• Any other duties as may be required by the business.

Essential:
