Civil Engineer - Drainage- required for our client that work across the UK out of their Design Office located outside Nottingham and a 5-minute walk from Beeston Centre Tram Stop. The Civil Engineer will be working for a leading engineering firm specialising in infrastructure development and civil engineering projects.

Civil Engineer - Drainage Position Overview
• Utilize Infodrainage or Microdrainage software to develop comprehensive drainage designs and models.
• Perform private network modeling and design for both foul and stormwater drainage systems.
• Stay up-to-date with and ensure compliance with UK current Building Regulations related to drainage design.
• Implement adoptable drainage solutions in accordance with Section 104 requirements.
• Develop and incorporate Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SudS) into project designs.
• Act as a point of contact for construction queries from the project site, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Apply value engineering principles to optimize drainage system designs and demonstrate commercial awareness in decision-making.
• Mentor and Manage junior team members

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
