• Having a secure knowledge of teaching English.
• The ability to relate to learners of different ages and different stages is essential.
• Level 3 Award in Education & Training (or willing to work towards).
• A specialist or further qualification in English (minimum Level 3 English qualification).
• Open, honest, and supportive behaviours.
• Patient and empathetic.
• Responsive and flexible.
• Experience of curriculum design and development.
• Strong ICT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams.

They are looking for a passionate and creative individual, who is able to work with small groups and individuals, delivering Functional Skills English. Ability to teach Mathematics would be desirable but not essential.
