Job Description

Summary

My active, happy, bubbly, Barbie loving, crafting fanatic, chatterbox of a daughter is looking for somebody to support her so that she can attend Brownies once a week. There would also be additional work during school holidays. My 8 year old daughter is completely independent in all activities but will need a Personal Assistant to keep a very close eye on her whilst she is engaging in clubs and fun activities.
Having a diagnosis of epilepsy means that her Personal Assistant would need to watch, react and provide emergency medication when she has a seizure. Full training, shadowing and a comprehensive induction would be provided so that you feel confident taking on this role.
My daughter’s epilepsy is being treated with medication, but we are not quite at the point where we can say that the medication is controlling the seizures. Your support could make a real difference to my daughter’s life as with your support she would be able to join in activities that she loves.
