This role is being advertised as a Contact Centre Agent however the successful candidate will be employed as a Client Care Coordinator

⌚ Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours

Working as a Contact Centre Agent you will interact with our clients through our omni-channel service carrying out inbound, pre-booked appointment outbound calls and online chat. You will be joining a team of over 150 Contact Centre Agent colleagues that work together across our three contact centre sites to deliver an efficient and safe service to our clients.
Working within the centre you will never be alone as we have a fantastic support network in place so that we all feel connected. Please note that this is a phone-based role. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered following a six-month probationary period, with a minimum requirement of working on-site 2-3 days per week thereafter.

We’re offering permanent roles, working between the hours of 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday with 1 weekend shift in a 2-week rotation.

Shortlisted candidates will need to be available for a face to face assessment day on the 21st May or 22nd May. The start date for successful candidates will be 1st July. Successful candidates for the Contact Centre Agent role will be required attend training for a minimum of 4 weeks, running from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday
