As the pivotal figure in a specialist service, you'll ensure unparalleled care standards for residents. Collaborate with a dynamic team of specialists, deputy managers, and support staff to achieve excellence.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
 •  Building Strong Relationships: Work closely with our Area Operations Manager to foster strong relationships with customers, care managers, and stakeholders.
 •  Advocating for Rights: Promote the rights of each individual, placing their wishes at the centre of their care and support.
 •  Staff Management: Ensure all staff in your service possess the necessary skills and experience, matching them to deliver excellent care. Support, develop, and manage support staff within your service area.
 •  Compliance and Standards: Fulfil registration requirements and performance standards set by relevant regulatory bodies, such as the CIW.
 •  Assessments and Support Plans: Complete assessments, support plans, and risk assessments for the people we support.
 •  Leadership and Consultation: Provide leadership and consultation to your team, including supervisions and appraisals, ensuring high standards and best practices are maintained.
 •  On-Call Responsibilities: Work within the on-call system, taking responsibility for communication and support to the services.

You will need to hold a QCF level 5 in health and social care or equivalent and have a strong background as a Registered Manager in a complex setting.
