A privately owned, small technology company are looking for a Service Delivery Analyst to join their team based in Exeter. This is a full-time permanent position offering hybrid working; with a minimum of 2 days a week in the office. With working hours of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday covering 8 am- 6 pm (Rota).
As a Service Delivery Analyst, you will be required to conduct site visits mainly in Devon and on occasion, you will need to travel further afield i.e. Cornwall, Somerset, and Bristol areas. A driving licence and your own vehicle with business insurance are essential.
Service Delivery Analyst Responsibilities:
• Being the first point of contact for customers contacting the Service Desk, taking ownership of the enquiry from start to finish
• Dealing with a range of customer incidents, resolving, and progressing proactive alerts, both in person and remotely
• Providing support to the internal training team
• Providing customers with a one-stop support service
Service Delivery Analyst Requirements:
• Proven experience in providing excellent IT support
• Experience working within a Service Level Agreement (SLA) environments
• Microsoft Certified on a desktop Operating System (Windows 7 onwards)
• Familiarity with HP System Manager, Dell OpenManage, ymantec Backup Exec, Veeam, Datto, NSLookup, Ping, and Tracert
• Experience with 3rd party Vendors – HP Dell and Lenovo
• A full UK driving licence and your own vehicle with Business Insurance
