We are supporting a company based in Westcott who are recruiting for an Administrator on a maternity contract basis for around 12 months. This is a full time position working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm with a salary of £24,000. Ideally you will have support experience including coordinating tasks and prioritising your workload.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Answering telephones and handling employee queries
Updating calendars and spreadsheets
Processing holiday requests on the system and monitoring the clocking in and out of employees
Recording sickness and absence, including processing return to work forms
Ordering staff uniform and then issuing to employees
Managing logistical records, ensuring they are updated accurately
Assist with other general administration dutiesYou will be communicating with staff daily so good communication skills are key, along with strong administration and data entry experience. You must have good attention to detail and be able to prioritise.
