About us:
We undertake the role of Main/Principal Contractor within the Water, Industrial, MOD, and Power Sectors. This includes all aspects of New Build, Refurbishment, Civil Engineering and MEICA Projects.
We believe our biggest asset is our personnel. With extensive experience within these areas of construction between the Directors, we aim to be pivotal in galvanising the design teams, subcontractors, and supply chain to ensure each project is carried out safely, within programme, to budget and of the highest quality.
We pride ourselves on our integrity, competency, transparency and openness with clients and supply chain. We prefer permanent staff, however willing to consider a contract position

Role

Responsible for installations of pipe work and equipment. To complete all tasks / activities in a safe & efficient manner ensuring that all associated standards are adhered to.
 •  May include installing pipework, valves, pumps, motors etc
 •  Carrying out planned maintenance checks
 •  To undertake assigned activities under the direction of the Supervisor or Team Leader
 •  Adhering to strict safety regulations
 •  Learning about new mechanical & piping legislation
 •  Be enthusiastic & committed to the team’s purpose and share responsibility for performance
 •  Ensure all work is completed to the appropriate levels of safety, quality & cost
 •  To take care of any safety equipment / tools provided and ensure they are used correctly
 •  Working on a construction site, often in cramped conditions or at height.
 •  Work as part of a team & contribute towards successful communication & positive behaviours
Qualifications
CSCS Card
Water Hygiene (Training can be provided)
Confined Space trained (Training can be provided)
Pressure Safety Systems Regulations (PSSR) (But not Essential)
Own Tools
Working at Height Training (But not Essential)
Demonstrable experience in a mechanical fitting role.
