The Role:
As a Perms Recruitment Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for taking charge of an already successful and exciting commercial desk as a 360 consultant.
This is a thriving desk that has an abundance of clients and candidates and we are looking for someone who would like the opportunity to develop it even further.
Specific tasks include:
• New business development via the Phone, E-shots, Drop-ins, LinkedIn , Social Media
• Visiting clients at their premises to get to know their businesses better.
• Identifying leading talent within the commercial sector.
• Communicating with and interviewing any job candidates that might be suitable for your clients.
This position is based in the company's Dudley office, so please ensure that it’s within a reasonable commutable distance and you must be able to drive.
About you:
To be the right person you will need experience of building, growing and maintaining your own recruitment desk within a recruitment agency setting.
(This is not a role for someone who only has experience within Talent Acquisition, RPO, Internal Recruitment – we need good sales people who enjoy winning business)
We also need you to be self-assured when it comes to achieving and surpassing targets.
It's important that you have the ability to be self-driven and resourceful, as well as have outstanding organisational skills.
The Package:
The basic salary ranges between £30,000 - £35,000 per annum with regular reviews and on top of this you will receive a generous bonus – uncapped, if you hit your targets (details to be discussed on application)
