Job title: Level 3 Engineering Apprentice
Salary: £10.18 per hour plus Veolia benefits
Location: Airbus Stevenage
Programme Duration: 42+ months
 •  Candidate shortlisting will take place w/c 27th May 2024 and assessment days will take place between w/c 3rd - 10th June 2024.

Apprenticeship programme

The Veolia Engineering Apprenticeship programme will look to bring new talent into the world of Integrated Facilities Management and create a future for the engineering teams we already have based on our numerous sites around the UK. The role will learn from and look to support engineering services from boilers to HVAC to mechanical services.

What you'll be doing;

Learning from and developing skills relating to:

Heating, Ventilation and Cooling (HVAC)
Boilers - Low Temperature Hot Water systems (LTHW)
Mechanical and Plumbing Systems
Plant Room Operations
Building Management Systems (BMS) controls
Maintaining and updating site risk assessments, completing quality and production documents and records
Accurately completing all necessary paperwork including shift reports and a record of all maintenance work undertaken
Low Voltage Electrical systems and installations
Motors and Pumps for energy transfer systems
Generators and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) systems
Compressed Air and Vacuum SystemsWhat are we looking for?

A minimum of 4 GCSEs Grade 4 (C or equivalent) or above/predicted to include Maths, English & Science.
A Full UK driving licence (desirable due to travelling between sites for development)
A passion for engineering
A high level of flexibility with an eagerness to learn and work in a team environment
Willingness to travel to college and overnight stays if requiredAssessments
