Stockroom Assistant (6-month contract)

Fox Group International, a leading beauty & aesthetic product business, is seeking a Stockroom Assistant for a 6-month fixed term contract to join our dynamic team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will be an essential part of our operations, ensuring the smooth running of our stockroom and supporting the efficient distribution of our products. You will have the chance to work within a fast-paced and exciting environment, contributing to our continued success and growth.
Responsibilities
• Receive incoming stock deliveries, checking for accuracy and quality
• Pack orders and prepare them for shipping, ensuring all required documentation is included
• Collaborate with the stockroom and pharmacy team to ensure proper handling and storage of products
• Assist in conducting regular stock audits to verify inventory accuracy
• Keep the stockroom clean, organized, and safe, following health and safety guidelines
• Assist in handling customer returns, ensuring they are processed efficiently
Requirements
• Previous experience in Stockroom Assistant or a similar role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively handle multiple responsibilities
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Basic computer skills to navigate inventory systems and use Microsoft Office applications
• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with colleagues and external partners
