Bob’s Business Ltd (BB) is an Cybersecurity Awareness Training provider that specialises in developing and delivering engaging campaigns that influence cybersecurity behaviours. We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team.

We provide an outstanding level of customer care by identifying appropriate customer needs, gathering appropriate information accurately and with care, the apprentice will support with the following:

Main areas of responsibility
 •  To provide an outstanding level of customer care by identifying appropriate customer needs, gathering appropriate information accurately and with care
 •  To pro-actively manage the customer journey either by customer calls, and emails
 •  Support customers with any portal and course queries
 •  Continually improve customer processes by seeking regular feedback and raise issues and areas of concern so that tangible improvements can be recommended.
 •  Support opportunities to retain business, by understanding fully what a customer is asking for and providing a tailored response
 •  Managing Live Chat
 •  Answering inbound calls
 •  Assembling and sending gift packs to new clients

Qualifications and experience
 •  Comfortable working remotely with online support
 •  Knowledge of LMS and email tools, such as Hubspot
 •  To be able to work well within a small team but also be able to use own initiative should you have to work alone
 •  A willing and keen interest in getting to know a business and understand how they can contribute
 •  An interest in building positive client relationships

Knowledge and Skills
 •  Good Communication skills, both verbal and written
 •  Previous experience using Gsuite
 •  Be well organised and passionate about providing a great service
 •  Comfortable with Values and Behaviours
 •  Strong sense of purpose, values and integrity
 •  Straightforward, positive and a team player
 •  Performance and delivery focussed, can get things done

Schedule:
 •  Day shift
 •  Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm with some home working

Desired Skills:
 •  Previous Customer service experience would be a nice to have, but not essential as full training will be given.

 •  Attention to detail
 •  Good team player, approachable and able to work under their own initiative

Delivery to be completed on site and off the job training either at Barnsley College or your place of work. Student to complete Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.
