Job Description

Summary

We are looking for a calm and kind support worker for our daughter. They also need to be a skilled communicator as she has a mild learning disability, and she finds it especially difficult to speak to people she doesn’t know because of her language disorder.

The purpose of this role is to support her to gain confidence and independence. She is involved in her local community in many ways but mainly only with our support.
