Within this Family Solicitor role, you will be running your own caseload of private Family files on matters such as:
Divorce
Financial remedy proceedings
Co-habitation disputes
Private children matters
As well as working on your own files, other day-to-day duties may include:
Conducting preliminary hearings and FDRs where appropriate
Supervising and managing a friendly team including Fee Earners and Paralegals
Involvement with business development activities in the firm and networking
