Essential criteria:
• MPharm Degree
• GPhC registration
• PGDip
• CPD
Desirable criteria:
• MSc
• IP
• Clinical specialist
Knowledge and Understanding
Essential criteria:
• Clinical Pharmacy
• Educational theory
• Clinical Governance
• MDT
• IT systems
• Current NHS issues
• Local and National priorities
Desirable criteria:
• E&T services

Must Have Requirements:
GPhC registration
Previous hospital experience
EPMA (Cerner experience)
Ward based clinical experience
