Manpower are currently recruiting for a Executive Tour Guide for one of our clients a leading manufacturer in Essex.
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Tour Guide to lead visitors through our clients manufacturing facility and provide engaging insights into the production processes of our cutting-edge tractors. As a Tractor Manufacturer Tour Guide, you will play a crucial role in educating guests about our clients company's history, technological advancements, and commitment to sustainable farming practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct guided tours of our manufacturing facility, offering informative and engaging commentary on the various stages of tractor production.
• Showcase their latest tractor models, highlighting their features, capabilities, and benefits to farmers and agricultural enthusiasts.
• Share the story behind our company's founding, evolution, and contributions to the agricultural industry.
• Answer questions from visitors and provide detailed explanations about the machinery, components, and engineering innovations involved in tractor manufacturing.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of tour participants by adhering to all relevant safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to promote tours and enhance the visitor experience through interactive displays and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
• A genuine passion for agriculture, farming, and machinery, with a keen interest in tractors and their role in modern agriculture.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in an accessible and engaging manner to diverse audiences.
• Previous experience in public speaking, customer service, or tour guiding roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour, with the ability to connect with visitors of all ages and backgrounds.
• Flexibility to work varied hours to accommodate tour schedules and special events.
