Job Description:
• Manage all aspects of quantity surveying on data centre projects
• Prepare cost estimates and budgets
• Conduct risk analysis and provide recommendations for mitigating risks
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong knowledge of the data centre industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Professional qualification in Quantity Surveying (MRICS or equivalent) is preferred
