We are on the lookout for an Architectural Technician to enhance our team. The successful candidate will leverage cutting-edge technology to vividly present building designs, offer expert technical advice to clients, and collaborate closely with our construction design team to realize innovative structures.
Role Responsibilities:
• Work in tandem with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural plans and designs.
• Generate precise drawings, schematics, and models utilizing advanced software tools such as SolidWorks, Grasshopper, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, and AutoCAD.
• Aid in creating comprehensive construction documents, inclusive of specifications and materials inventories.
• Perform site visits for data collection and to verify adherence to design specifications.
• Examine and interpret building codes and regulations to ensure project conformity.
• Facilitate coordination between contractors and subcontractors during the build phase to resolve any design modifications or challenges.
• Support the management of project timelines and schedules.
Required Experience:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
• Expertise in architectural software, including SolidWorks, Grasshopper, Revit, 3ds Max, ArchiCAD, Sketchup, AutoCAD, and MicroStation.
• A thorough understanding of architectural principles and building regulations.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Competency to work autonomously and as an integral part of a team.
• Strong communicative prowess for effective collaboration with a wide range of professionals.
