Job Description
• Oversee the management of tax advisory projects, ensuring the achievement of vital milestones and deadlines.
• Offer technical assistance to junior team members, utilising tax legislation, HMRC guidelines, and legal precedents, with guidance from the tax partners.
• Coordinate and engage with essential stakeholders such as accountants, solicitors, financial advisors, and other professionals concerning client affairs.
• Maintain clients informed about project progression, ensuring they stay well-informed.
• Conduct an initial assessment of project advisory tasks before submission for partner evaluation.
• Set an example through exemplary client relationships, technical excellence, and service provision.
• Contribute to business growth initiatives and involvement in proposal endeavours.
• Oversee teams, while providing guidance, coaching, and fostering the professional development of staff members.
The Successful Applicant
• ACA/CTA qualified preferred, or newly qual./qual. by experience.
• Possesses adept interpersonal abilities alongside effective verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates substantial expertise in matters pertaining to private client and OMB tax advisory affairs.
• Maintains a consistent elevated level of motivation, demonstrating enthusiasm and a constructive outlook that resonates throughout the team.
• Embraces an encompassing and cooperative method, interacting respectfully with both colleagues and clients.
• Offers valuable insights and aptly applies knowledge to address business and client challenges.
• Communicates with significant influence, employing an open, candid, coherent, and consistent approach.
