Duration: Permanent
Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits: £61-77,000
Location: Seascale
Hours of work: 37 Hours Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
 •  Degree in relevant field
 •  Good contractual and commercial knowledge
 •  Risk control skills knowledge
 •  Good management skills
 •  Ability to work within a team
 •  Good operational planning and time management skills
 •  Good knowledge of construction practices and standards

Role information:

 •  Ensure health and safety and quality standards are adhered to
 •  Plan to ensure works are achieved to schedule
 •  Ensure targets are achieved
 •  Monitor and manage coordinators to ensure their duties are completed to the required standard
 •  Ensure resources are allocated and used efficiently
 •  Ensure legislation and standards are complied with
 •  Provide problem solving solutions when needed
 •  Report on project progress
